An observation and questions

Since Bonanzle was the first marketplace to switch to the new way that Google wanted it's feeds done, or so I thought, I was a bit taken aback by these two web blogs or announcements made by Google.

I did have these posted in the forums over there but they were deleted by Management. Don't know why but here they are again. Kind of a kick in the teeth in my opinion but sites like Google will do what they want and the rest of us are left to manage any way we can.

My go to person about all things Google directed me to this thread in the forums. While it doesn't really answer the "why" it's some info at least. My Google person said it could be a simple matter of choosing marketplaces that have been in place and have an established track record, but it's odd that they did not include the bay and river in it. Both of those have been on the internet for a long time. It's very difficult to figure out what Google does and more importantly why.
