The Joy of Vintage
Vintage doesn't have to be perfect to enjoy it. Some of my favorite
pieces are quite worn, even missing a rhinestone or two, but I don't
hesitate to wear them.There is something special about those flawed old
pieces. There is a little mystery about owning and wearing something
that belonged to someone in the past, a grandma, a schoolgirl, or a bride,
whomever. True, it's exciting to find something in perfect condition, or
rare, but don't let the quest for that keep you from enjoying the
sweet, funny, colorful, joyful, beautiful array of unsigned jewelry that's
out there.
